Today, I woke up at 5:30 which is definitely amazing 😐 dunno why, maybe because I slept sooner at 11 last night, but I haven't felt sleepy
Today.
I remember that one time I read an article about asleep and and great time for sleeping at night. In that article it was mentioned that
if you sleep between 9-10 to 12 (midnight) your asleep quality is 2 times better than your quality of sleep after midnight.
I have to admit that during last two months I didn't asleep before 11 and even close to 11 and last night was my first experience and I'm really happy if this change in my sleep time can improve my my performance during the day.
It's 9:47 right now, and I really want to sleep soon tonight to see that if I can wake up earlier in the morning or not but I have to wait for my father to come back home and then we eat the dinner and yes I know it's late for dinner but for tonight I have to wait!
